HOW STORYTELING HELPS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

Systherm is a supplier of comprehensive thermal insulation solutions. The company has come up with an innovative product to ensure a steady supply of fresh air in insulated school buildings. In practice, however, it was not easy to explain the solution to school administrators with no technical training.

OUR SOLUTION

We have decided to create a storytelling presentation that will guide the customers around the issue. In the presentation, customers first learn how much fresh air an average schoolchild needs, and thanks to the combination of 2D and 3D elements, they see how the fresh air in a crowded classroom wears deteriorates and the amount of carbon dioxide increases. The final animation shows how the ventilation problem is addressed with a heat recovery unit. The presentation works without a lot of text, and explains the whole concept with a narrative.

RESULTS

Thanks to our presentation, client understanding of Systherm’s solution has radically improved and the number of meetings needed to close deals has been reduced.
