In May, we successfully organized a virtual event for Adastra Group, an international consulting company that leads the Czech information management market and synergistically connects the world of business and technology consulting. The aim was to create an exclusive virtual space that new and existing clients from all over the world could visit via an avatar. In this space, they could listen and watch this important event’s entire content just like they could at a live trade fair. Visitors could choose from three simultaneous live streams, with a total of 15 sessions covering topics from three different areas. Among other features, the virtual event included networking rooms designed for live meetings where specific participants were already connected via webcam and could start live communication. This option connects event visitors and promotes the feeling of an in-person experience. The event was completely free of charge, and clients were able to get a closer look at the company's products and solutions, as well as discuss the latest trends in innovation with the company's keynote speakers and experts. If anyone wasn't lucky enough to attend, Adastra allowed access to the showroom for the entire following week, with the option to view the content retrospectively.
Participants’ interest exceeded expectations
Data Innovation Day took place on May 27, 2021. Throughout the day, clients from all over the world could access the event via a regular web browser. Two hundred and fifty people from 30 different countries attended the event, and we’re delighted with the positive feedback we have received.
