1. Meeting synchronization – plan your meetings in Pipedrive and PresentiGO will automatically synchronize them, meaning your calendar and salesman′s plan will automatically transfer. When meeting a client, the salesman will simply need to turn on PresentiGO and choose the specific meeting. Then they can present the prepared and structured content.
2. Automated follow ups – At the end of the meeting the salesman will fill in follow up data from the meeting and proposed further steps. This data will automatically copy into CRM system where it can be accessed by the salesman as well as the manager to be used preparing further action.
3. Dashboard analysis – another interesting feature within PresentiGO and Pipedrive interconnection is an analytic report which is technically a digital record of an appointment with a client. Its main benefit lies in the option to review the meeting and see exactly what was shown and presented to the client. While the business network is large, 100+ salespeople, reviewing previous presentations by more experienced staff (the rock stars) can be used as training material for new starters. Material analysis also helps management constantly improve and optimize data.
