Their business focus is electricity (production and distribution) natural gas sales. This company also has a presence in Great Britain, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.
What they Needed?
Because it is such a large company, E. ON dealers need easy access to all product portfolios in each category and their presentations must be very attractive. At the beginning of the collaboration, team PresentiGO, together with dealers from E. ON, performed a complex analysis and defined a clearly structured flow.
Based on E. ON’s requirements, team PresentiGO created a presentation for them which easily adapts to a customer’s needs, whether that customer is the CEO, a technical director or a financial director. The dealer has a clearly defined structure regarding how to deal with a client, and he/she can easily adapt all important materials. The presentation is nonlinear; this means that it’s possible to use only the slides that match best with the customer’s needs. Each presentation is guaranteed to impress.
The presentations are in 3D and 2D format. The whole flow starts with 3D maps of the area, where clients can choose for themselves their area of interest. The flow then continues in 2D format, and all the information is easy to find and understand. The benefits and most important information are located in a pop-up graphic icon. Orientation in the whole presentation is easy. Clients have the opportunity before the final form to express interest with a “like” button. In the final form section, clients summarize their areas of interest. This form is converted into an Excel document and automatically sent to the dealer to plan the next steps.
