The Baumit Company is one of the most successful brands in Europe in the field of building materials. Based in Austria, Baumit started in 1810 by producing lime-burning ovens. Nowadays, Baumit is a successful and reliable supplier of system solutions for facades, plasters, screeds, and concrete, as well as systems for gluing tiles. The company’s quality is unparalleled. The proof of their quality is their ever-increasing number of satisfied customers and the many awards they have won.
What they Needed?
To be successful in the field of building materials, it is important to collaborate with business partners, planners, architects, or supplier companies in educational ways. For this reason, Baumit was trying to find an effective presentation of their products and their entire process. This presentation would be used for training technicians and business partners who resell and work with the Baumit brand. Baumit needed to illustrate what the process for the establishment of a thermal insulation system would look like, including all the necessary tools, materials, screws, metering with numeric metrics, and a detailed process. The presentation would need to be useful for beginners and professionals as well.
This 3D presentation starts with how to prepare a foundation, from the initial measurement, drawing, and metering, to making the thermal insulation system. Detailed animation of tools used to mount the adhesive anchor is one attractive feature. The presentation provides a demonstration of the procedure for mixing the necessary materials. Illustratively, it shows how the boards should be laid. This illustration can help to decrease the waste of used materials, increase the productivity of employees, and more quickly achieve the needed quality to satisfy the customer. The presentation explains and illustrates all window processes in a way that is understandable for everyone. Then, it shows how to put the weatherboard and corner profile together with glass network fibers and explains how much time is needed to let it completely dry. The end of the presentation states how the plinth was laid and how to finalize the last details to make the result more than satisfactory. For this team, PresentiGO prepared a sampler with different-colored plasters, so clients can see how the overall impression looks.
